Clinical Hypnotherapy

How Hypnotherapy Can Help:

  • Managing fears and Phobias

  • Promoting a positive mind set

  • Addresses anxiety and ptsd

  • Increase self confidence and motivation

  • Addictive behaviours eg. alcohol consumption, overeating

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. In this state, the mind is more open to positive suggestions, helping individuals address a range of issues such as anxiety, stress, phobias, and unwanted habits. Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural process that empowers people to access their inner resources for healing and personal growth.

Each Hypnotherapy session is tailored to each individual's needs using a range of techniques.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful approach to communication and personal development that explores the connection between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic), and our patterns of behavior and emotion (programming). By understanding and reshaping these patterns, NLP helps individuals overcome limiting beliefs, improve relationships, and achieve personal or professional goals with greater clarity and confidence.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called “tapping,” blend gentle fingertip tapping on specific acupressure points with focused statements to calm the nervous system and release emotional blocks. This simple yet powerful mind-body method helps lower stress hormones, ease physical tension, and rewire limiting beliefs, giving clients a quick, portable way to restore balance and build emotional resilience.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy that helps people process and heal from past trauma or distressing experiences by using bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements. This technique allows the brain to reprocess painful memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity, helping clients gain relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of control. EMDR is especially effective for PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related issues.

Solution-Focused Therapy is a forward-looking, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals create positive change by focusing on their strengths and the solutions already within reach, rather than dwelling on problems. Through guided conversations, clients identify what’s working, envision their preferred future, and build practical steps to get there, empowering them to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

The transformational process is a deep, personal journey of growth and self-discovery that involves discovering and releasing old patterns, healing emotional wounds, and reconnecting with your true self. Through guided therapeutic techniques, clients move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to experiencing clarity, empowerment, and lasting change. It’s not just about fixing problems, it's about evolving into the most authentic, aligned version of yourself.

Positive Psychology Therapy focuses on enhancing well-being by building on your strengths, cultivating positive emotions, and fostering a sense of meaning and fulfillment. Rather than focusing solely on what's wrong, this approach encourages clients to explore what’s going well and how to create more of it, promoting resilience, optimism, and a more satisfying, purpose-driven life.

The Science:

Hypnotherapy works by gently guiding the brain into a deeply relaxed state, similar to daydreaming or the moments just before sleep, where the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to change. In this state, the critical, analytical part of the mind quiets down, allowing new, positive suggestions to bypass mental resistance. This access to the subconscious helps uncover root causes of issues and reframe unhelpful patterns, making lasting change more achievable.

Cool Facts:

The mind doesn't know the difference between imagination and having an actual experience. studies have been carried out on athletes to uncover  weather going to a deep relaxed state and imagining themselves conducting their sport would actually bring about better results. The althlete's were put into 2 groups, one that practiced for hours and the other went into an altered state and imagined themselves playing at their best. The results concluded the group of athletes that used the imagined technique had higher results when playing their sport the next day.

Guided Meditation With EFT

How Guided Meditation Can Help:

Guided meditation is a practice where a person is gently led through a meditative experience by the therapist, often using calming imagery, affirmations, or breathing techniques. Unlike silent meditation, it offers structure and support, making it especially accessible for beginners or those who struggle to quiet their minds. The guidance helps direct attention away from distractions and toward a relaxed, focused state where deeper awareness and inner calm can be accessed.

A consultation with the client will be carried out firstly to establish the goal of the session. Guided meditation can be used to boost one's confidence,  imagining a beautiful scene, with the client viewing themself the way one would  desire. Other clients may just want to journey to another world, to seek out peace and serenity.

This practice can be profoundly healing and beneficial for mental, emotional, and even physical well-being. Guided meditation can reduce stress, lower anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance emotional resilience by helping individuals reconnect with the present moment and cultivate a sense of peace. It also supports personal growth by encouraging self-reflection, clarity, and a greater connection to inner wisdom. Whether used for relaxation, healing, or spiritual exploration, guided meditation provides a gentle yet powerful path to greater balance and insight.

EFT is a great tool when used in combination with guided meditation. By tapping pressure points  negative emotions and thought patterns are released and positive statements used to suport the client's goal.

Tapping can be used before meditation to clear the mind, focus on the required goal and help with relaxation. After the guided Meditation EFT will be used again to reinforce the session's work. When coming out of meditation the mind will still be in a slightly altered state. This state will further aid to re-wireing new positive beliefs.

The Science:

The science of meditation shows that regular practice can lead to measurable changes in the brain and body, promoting overall well-being. Studies using brain imaging have found that meditation can increase grey matter in areas related to memory, emotional regulation, and self-awareness, while reducing activity in the brain’s stress center, the amygdala. It also lowers cortisol levels (the stress hormone), improves focus, enhances emotional resilience, and supports better sleep. These scientific findings confirm what many have experienced for centuries: meditation is a powerful tool for both mental and physical health.

Research has shown that EFT can lower cortisol levels, reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and improve overall emotional well-being. By combining cognitive focus with gentle physical stimulation, EFT helps rewire the brain’s response to stress and promotes lasting emotional relief.

Cool Facts:

Just eight weeks of regular meditation can actually change the structure of your brain. Research from Harvard University found that participants who meditated for about 30 minutes a day experienced increased grey matter density in areas linked to memory, learning, emotional regulation, and self-awareness—proving that meditation doesn't just change your mindset, it physically reshapes your brain!

Regression Therapy and Past Life Regression

How Regression Therapy Can Help:

What Is Regression Therapy?

Regression therapy is a powerful healing technique that helps individuals access and explore past experiences that may still be influencing their emotions, behaviors, and physical well-being today. These experiences can stem from childhood. By gently guiding clients into a relaxed, focused state, regression therapy allows them to revisit significant memories, uncover hidden patterns, and bring unconscious material to light.
The core idea of regression therapy is that unresolved emotions or trauma from earlier experiences can continue to shape our lives in ways we don't always understand. Through guided regression, clients are able to view these events with new perspective and emotional clarity. This process often leads to deep emotional release, greater self-awareness, and lasting change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, recurring patterns in relationships, chronic fears, or simply feel "stuck," regression therapy can offer insight and transformation.

What is Regression Therapy for past lives?
Past life regression is a unique form of regression therapy that explores the possibility that unresolved issues, fears, or emotional patterns may stem from experiences in previous lifetimes. Whether you view past lives as literal or symbolic, the process can offer profound insight and healing. By entering a relaxed, focused state, clients are gently guided to recall vivid impressions, emotions, and narratives that feel deeply meaningful. Past life regression may deliver a deeper sense of purpose, spiritual connection, or peace with the present. Regardless of your belief system, past life regression can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation.

The Science:
Regression therapy draws on techniques from hypnotherapy and guided imagery to access altered states of consciousness, allowing the client to bypass the critical, analytical mind and connect directly with stored subconscious material.
Modern neuroscience supports the idea that early emotional experiences can shape neural pathways and behavioural responses long into adulthood. Experiences not fully processed at the time, especially during childhood, when the brain is highly impressionable, can remain "frozen" in the nervous system.
Using Regression therapy clients report meaningful shifts in emotion and perspective regardless of whether the memories are literal or symbolic.
Overall, regression therapy offers a way to integrate the emotional brain with the thinking brain, helping clients understand the “why” behind their patterns, release stored tension, and create lasting behavioural change.

Cool Facts:
Regression therapy
Research in transpersonal psychology suggests that the therapeutic value lies not necessarily in verifying the factual accuracy of a memory, but in how it helps the client process emotions, gain insight, and achieve a sense of resolution.
Past life regression

Some Children Recall Past Lives Spontaneously
Cases studied by researchers documented children (often aged 2–7) who claimed to remember past lives in astonishing detail, including names, places, and cause of death. Some of these claims were verified to an eerie degree

It's Often Used for Spiritual Growth
Many people don’t seek PLR for historical accuracy but for healing, insight, or spiritual awakening. Whether literal or symbolic, the stories people retrieve can help them understand current life patterns or karmic lessons.
Some People Report Lives in Different Cultures or Genders
Many individuals undergoing PLR report lifetimes in other countries, time periods, or even as the opposite gender. This can challenge their sense of identity and broaden their perspective on life and humanity.

Red Light Therapy
with Sound Massage Bath

How Red Light Therapy Can Help:

  • Speeds Up Healing

Red light stimulates mitochondria (your cell’s “powerhouse”) to produce more ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy your body uses to repair itself faster for accelerated healing, lessen pain, and aid in faster recovery from skin damage, injuries and soreness. Help muscles recover after workouts.

  • Pain Management

RLT may help reduce pain and inflammation associated with conditions like osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and muscle soreness.

  • Boosts Collagen for Smoother, Firmer Skin

Red light activates *fibroblasts*, the cells responsible for making collagen and elastin, essential for youthful, plump skin. This strengthens the skin structure, reducing fine lines, sagging, and dullness.

  • Cognitive Function and memory

Also assists in a deeper nights sleep due to a stimulation in the bodies melatonin

  • Longer and Deeper Sleep

Red light helps regulate melatonin and soothe the nervous system. Insomnia sufferers had a 67% improvement in sleep quality after nightly RLT sessions (Sleep Medicine Reviews, 2022)

  • Heightened Mood

RLT leads to the release of melanopsin which helps lift mood. Just 4 weeks of        use led to a 60% drop in depression and 70% drop in anxiety (Brain Sciences, 2023).

  • Increased Metabolism

RLT activates mitochondria in fat cells, aiding fat breakdown. Participants lost       1.4 cm from waistlines after 6 weeks of use (Lasers in Surgery and Medicine,       2022).

  • Stronger and Fuller Hair

Red/NIR light stimulates follicles and improves blood flow to the scalp. A 24-       week study showed a 39% increase in hair density using red light (Lasers in         Medical Science, 2022).

  • Fertility and Hormones

RLT improves blood flow and hormone regulation for men & women. In women with infertility, 22.3% achieved pregnancy with 830nm light, and 50% of those resulted in live births (Ohshiro et al., 2014).

The Science:

  • A study in *The Lancet* found red light therapy reduced pain and inflammation in 70% of patients with joint disorders—without drugs or side effects.

  • A 2014 study in *Photomedicine and Laser Surgery* showed participants using red light therapy twice a week for 8 weeks had a 30% increase in collagen density and visible wrinkle reduction.

  • Near-infrared wavelengths (around 850nm) have been shown to increase cellular metabolism by up to 200%, according to NASA-backed research.

Cool Facts:

Increases blood flow and lymphatic drainage, helping the body flush out toxins and bring in nutrients for faster results. It also improves microcirculation, bringing oxygen and nutrients to the skin surface, giving you a natural glow without heat or damage.

Sound Massage Bath:

Whilst healing with a red light therapy, allow yourself to relax and absorb the gentle vibrations of a sound massage bath. Using a combination of instruments to make vibrational sounds designed to have a soothing effect. Sound is Energy, Energy is vibration, good vibrations can heal.

Indian Head Massage

How Indian head massage can help:

Indian Head Massage has been practiced in India for over 3,000 years. Originally passed down through generations within families, it was traditionally used as a daily ritual to promote health, harmony, and well-being. The technique evolved over time, often focusing on the head and hair to stimulate growth and balance energy. In modern times, Indian Head Massage has been adapted into a holistic therapy widely used in the West, but it still retains its deep cultural and therapeutic origins as part of a long-standing tradition of mind-body healing.

Indian Head Massage is a traditional healing practice rooted in the ancient Ayurvedic system, focusing on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face. Using a combination of gentle strokes, kneading, and pressure point techniques, it works to release built-up tension, improve circulation, and stimulate energy flow throughout the body. This therapy is usually performed while the client is seated and fully clothed, making it a convenient and accessible form of relaxation.

The benefits of Indian Head Massage extend beyond physical relief. It helps reduce stress, ease headaches, relieve muscle stiffness, and promote a deep sense of calm. By stimulating the scalp and improving blood flow to the head, it can also support hair health and mental clarity. Additionally, the massage helps balance the body’s energy systems, often leaving clients feeling refreshed, grounded, and emotionally lighter. It's a holistic treatment that nourishes both body and mind.

The Science:

Circulation and Oxygenation:

IHM stimulates blood flow, delivering oxygen and nutrients to cells, which can contribute to a sense of well-being and potentially improve hair health.

  • Muscle Relaxation:

By targeting specific pressure points and using techniques like kneading and circular motions, IHM helps release tension in the muscles of the head, neck, and shoulders, leading to relaxation.

  • Nervous System Regulation:

The massage can stimulate the release of endorphins, which are natural painkillers and mood elevators, and potentially reduce the production of stress hormones, contributing to a sense of calm.

  • Lymphatic Drainage:

IHM can help stimulate lymphatic drainage, which aids in the removal of waste and toxins from the body.

  • Ayurvedic Principles:

IHM is based on Ayurvedic principles that emphasize balancing the body's energies (doshas) to promote health and well-being.

Cool Facts:

Indian Head Massage works deeply on both physical tension and emotional blockages stored in the body. As muscles release and energy flows more freely, it can bring buried emotions to the surface. Sometimes this leads to tears, which is a healthy way for the body and mind to let go of stress, sadness, or emotional buildup. Many clients find that this emotional release is part of the healing and leaves them feeling lighter and more relaxed afterward.

Reiki Healing

How Reiki Can Help:

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It involves the practitioner placing their hands lightly on or just above the client’s body to channel universal life energy, aiming to promote balance and harmony within the body’s energy system. This flow of energy helps to clear blockages, boost the body’s natural healing abilities, and restore physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Reiki can help reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance overall relaxation, making it a valuable complementary therapy for many health conditions. By promoting a deep sense of calm and balance, it supports emotional healing, reduces anxiety, and improves sleep quality. Many people also find Reiki helpful for gaining clarity, increasing self-awareness, and fostering a deeper connection to their inner selves, making it a powerful tool for personal growth, holistic wellness and can be used alongside conventional medical treatments to support the process of healing.

Using inner intuition energy is directed to areas of the body most in need of healing. By tuning into the client's energy field a therapist will work together to realign and guide energy along the right pathways.

The Science:

Quantum physics has discovered that on the smallest scale measurable, everything, every particle is vibrating light and energy.

One of the most famous experiments in physics is the double slit experiment. It demonstrates, with unparalleled strangeness, that little particles  have something of a wave about them, and suggests that the very act of observing a particle has a dramatic effect on its behaviour. If our intention can influence matter on the smallest scale, then focusing energy towards a person can influence one's health and wellbeing.

Cool Facts:

  • Did you know more than 4 million people use Reiki to heal themselves today.

  • Reiki isn't only for humans, this therapy is often used to help heal animals.

  • As well as working on the aimed area of the body to heal, reiki also aligns the chakras
